I don't have video or pics, but I can tell you what I do: I only focus on two layers at a time. So I have my 4+ transparencies with registration marks. I put down my first registration panel and tape my first transparency onto it, then put my second registration panel over it, and tape my second transparency onto it, lining up the registration. I then remove the second sheet and leave the first in place, then repeat with a new registration panel and transparency and so on until all of my colors are on separate registration panels (I have 6).
You could do it two at a time and just burn the screens right away, but I like ot get all of mine taped, the I hang then from two nails I put up and check everything together.
Of course, the bigger issue is keeping the registration intact when I'm actually printing since the lid wants to shift slightly....
