I have gone through 4 sheets of emulsion and can not seem to get it applied properly!! They make it look sooo easy in the videos! Is it possible that the emulsion sheets could have been warped during shipping? Two of the sheets had tears in them when I received them with the machine. The other two looked good before I applied to screen but were runny and smeary no matter how many times I use the squeegee on them! I am so frustrated and hate to spend another dollar on this machine! Help!

Bummer about the first two sheets...... About the next two perhaps your screens were too wet. It only takes couple of passes of the squeegee to get them on.

You need to check out the other posts on laying the emulsion (dull side up) onto a flat surface. Laying your screen - back side down onto the emulsion - using a fine mist - spray the top of the screen - you will see the emulsion suck up to the screen - I take a couple passes of the the squeege and it is perfect!!! This is the only way i have ever attempted to put the emulsion on - and it has worked perfect every time!!

Great answers here!
Thanks for the emulsion light answer as I was wondering about sensitivity. Thanks for the completed screen sensitivity question and answer as I also wondered.
Now does anyone know if the pre made screen, that comes as a sample with the infomercial Yudu, is able to be cleaned with emulsion remover so I could use that sample screen also as time goes on as they do cost a lot. Ron

you might be able to find it if you search Preburned screen, but not sure. I remember people saying that they had luck cleaning it after soaking it in bleach/water for a day or more.
